Article 1. General
The website www.latelier-du-fromage.ch (hereinafter the Site) is a site of the Company L’Atelier du Fromage Sàrl, Quartier du Pillial 6 at 2123 St-Sulpice (CHE-441.048.294). L’Atelier du Fromage offers a monthly subscription which consists of receiving carefully selected pieces of cheese, as well as wine, from a different Swiss canton.
This site is open to all users of the Internet network and its offer is only accessible by this route. These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GTC) apply to all services of L’Atelier du Fromage.
Article 2. Definition and acceptances
These GTCS are subject to Swiss law and the Swiss standards in force. By the sole fact of validating his order on the Site, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of these GTC. These T & Cs are drafted in French, English and German. In case of disagreement, the French version prevails.
L’Atelier du Fromage reserves the right to modify these T & Cs without notice, it being understood that the modifications do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Article 3. Registration and ordering of a subscription
In order to be able to subscribe to the Site, the Customer registers there and creates a personal account protected by password. The Customer takes responsibility for the information given and understands the need to provide precise contact details so that delivery can be carried out smoothly. L’Atelier du Fromage is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable law.
If the order is registered no later than the last day of the month at midnight, delivery will begin the month immediately following, otherwise the month after.
The Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age to order an Aperitif Box.
Article 4. Subscription
The Customer has the choice between 5 subscription periods, namely 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. The Customer has the option of choosing the months in which he will receive his package by suspending and reactivating his subscription as soon as he wishes.
The Customer who wishes to terminate his subscription before the scheduled term will notify it by e-mail to email@example.com and must respect the termination deadlines in force, namely:
For a 12-month subscription: no early termination accepted at the latest before the end of the 5th month for the end of the 6th month.
For a 6-month subscription: no early termination accepted at the latest before the end of the 3rd month for the end of the 4th month.
For a 3-month subscription: no early termination accepted at the latest before the end of the 2nd month for the end of the 3rd month.
The Customer who wishes to terminate his subscription before the scheduled term can also benefit the person of his choice, by changing the delivery address on his personal account. He can also suspend his subscription and resume it when he wants to again.
Article 5. Price
The subscription price includes VAT at the reduced rate, but not the delivery costs which will be added at the end of the order.
Article 6. Payment
There are two ways to pay for the subscription:
Lump sum payment or monthly recurring and automated payment online using the following cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express
One-off payment by TWINT.
If the Customer has neither a credit card nor TWINT, he can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and he will receive the bank details. For information, here they are also:

A subscription lasting at least 1 month is subject to an automatic monthly debit on the 1st of each month by credit card or it is subject to full payment either by credit card or by TWINT , or by bank transfer on request. The Customer’s order will only be delivered if the amount is received before it is sent. L’Atelier du Fromage works in partnership with companies that guarantee the protection of its customers’ data, especially when paying online. L’Atelier du Fromage does not have access to the payment data of its customers.
Article 7. Delivery
The package is sent to Switzerland and Liechtenstein by La Poste on Wednesday around the 15th of the month. Delivery takes place in principle on Thursday.
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when registering on the Site. L’Atelier du Fromage sends its parcels by priority mail, which means that the Customer should receive theirs the day after it is sent. However, L’Atelier du Fromage cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery. A delay in delivery or a loss of the parcel by La Poste does not give the right to any compensation.
