Reto Siegriest greeted us warmly in the heart of the mountains of this magnificent region of Gstaad. We learned that the company he manages includes 52 producers from the region. He employs 28 people in total, including the store in Zweisimmen. Reto sells his products in local stores and restaurants, makes cheese from 1.8 million kilos of milk each year, and does not export his products. A new building would not be a luxury, but the high cost of land in the area and the proximity of residences pose certain problems, unfortunately.
