Vreni and Niklaus Käser took over the management of the cheese dairy in 1984, so they have been in charge for more than 35 years now. With its 14 house specialties known far and wide, the Sumiswald cheese dairy was completely renovated in 2017. Vreni and Niklaus and their team are delighted to be able to work in buildings of this quality, which makes their daily work easier. Since the new building has been in existence, the Käsers have been striving to reduce their Co2 consumption year after year. They have voluntarily taken part in the Energie-Agentur program in order to reduce the negative effects on the environment. Congratulations to them!
